Terms and Conditions

By registering and/or purchasing my ticket for the World Ayahuasca Forum, I declare that I have read and accept the following conditions:

1. It is not permitted to carry or consume illegal substances or ancestral medicines that are not regulated or authorized in Spain.

2. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for another product or service.

3. If a participant is unable to attend the event, the ticket may only be transferred to another person by requesting a name change, in accordance with the procedure and deadline established by the organization.

4. I accept that my image and/or voice may be recorded during the event and used by the organization for informational or promotional purposes, without the right to compensation.

5. The World Ayahuasca Forum is a space for intercultural dialogue and learning. Participants must maintain appropriate and respectful behavior at all times.

6. The organization reserves the right to withdraw accreditation or expel from the venue any person who fails to comply with these rules, without the right to a refund of fees paid.

7. The World Ayahuasca Forum is a privileged space for dialogue. Access is restricted and conditional upon the participant’s effective contribution to its agreed-upon objectives.

8. Participants are requested to genuinely attend and take part in the debates, avoiding unnecessary distractions during sessions.

9. In case of inappropriate behavior in this regard, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny the participant registration for future editions of the event.

10. The World Ayahuasca Forum recognizes the central role of Indigenous Peoples in the transmission of ancestral knowledge.

11. Participants commit to respecting Indigenous leadership, voices, and the cultural and spiritual expressions shared during the event, as well as all rights over the tangible and intangible intellectual property of Indigenous Peoples.

12. Participants are asked to contribute to the smooth running of the event by attending the sessions they registered for, avoiding disruptive behavior, and keeping spaces clean and organized.

13. Each participant is responsible for their own physical and mental well-being during the event.

14. The organization is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from the consumption of unauthorized substances or from irresponsible behavior during the Forum.

15. Such conduct will be subject to disciplinary measures by the organization and, when applicable, to legal liability before the competent authorities.

16. The event is not responsible for any losses or damages to equipment or other personal belongings.

17. The carrying of weapons is STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the event premises.

Acceptance of this document by means of the formula “I DECLARE THAT I HAVE READ AND ACCEPT” shall have the same legal validity as a handwritten signature and shall be considered proof of full consent to all its clauses.
