Jairo Lima is an Indigenous affairs specialist with more than 30 years of experience working with indigenous peoples, particularly in the Juruá region of Acre. He works at the National Indian Foundation (FUNAI) and serves as a Senior Advisor to the Yorenka Tasorentsi Institute. A musician and partner at the record label Sananga Records, Jairo is also involved in the production and promotion of indigenous artistic expressions. He has been a member of the organizing committee for the Indigenous Ayahuasca Conference since its first edition, promoting the exchange of knowledge between indigenous and non-indigenous communities.
