The Pre-Forum activities will offer two distinct opportunities to connect before the main gathering begins: an independent experiential workshop and Planting a Living Legacy, a symbolic tree-planting ceremony bringing together representatives of Girona and members of the Indigenous delegation. Together, these activities invite participants to begin the Forum through experience, connection, and a shared commitment to leaving a meaningful legacy.

This experiential workshop explores how archaic and contemporary instruments can support expanded states of consciousness, nervous system regulation, and deep inner processes. Through practical exercises and a guided sound journey, participants will develop listening, improvisation, and somatic awareness.
